Ed White is EXTREMELY thorough , experienced , knowledgable , friendly , and totally willing to go to any lengths to physically inspect your current or prospective premises . He was able to locate a broken water pipe by hearing it , before he spotted the break under a deck . He also posts his rates on his website , he will produce a detailed inspection report with digital photos of any trouble spots , and his services are worth much more than the quoted rates ! from the very first contact Mr. White was a true professional. he explained what he would do, talked about his education experience, length of time in the business. Ed White is a real Pro! I was not sure what I was expecting from him but He was very courteous and understanding. He came 2 times for House inspection due to unavailability of appointment and was fine with it. He was very thorough during inspection and made sure I understood what I am getting. I was amazed to see him climb on the roof to look for any major issues. I will highly recommend Ed White for 1. He is professional 2. He works around your time 3. He is very knowledgeable 4. He has an eye for perfection and quality. Do not try to save 30-40 bucks, it is worth spending now than worry about later on your investment.
